Evaluarea performan\u021belor profesionale se efectueaz\u0103 trimestrial.<\/p>\n<p>Procedura de evaluare a performan\u021belor profesionale ale angaja\u021bilor se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 etape:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 completarea formularului de evaluare;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 interviul<\/p>\n<p>\u0218eful ierarhic evalueaz\u0103 activitatea persoanelor aflate \u00een subordinea sa direct\u0103. El completeaz\u0103 formularul de evaluare \u0219i le \u00eenm\u00e2neaz\u0103 angajatului pentru examinarea lui \u00eenainte de interviul de evaluare a activit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Angajatului i se ofer\u0103 posibilitatea de a face comentarii (\u00een scris) pe marginea not\u0103rilor din formularul completat de \u0219ef.<\/p>\n<p>Interviul reprezint\u0103 un schimb de informa\u021bii care are loc \u00eentre persoana care a \u00eentocmit formular de evaluare \u0219i angajatul evaluat.<\/p>\n<p>Formularul de evaluare este prezentat \u0219efului ierarhic superior al sec\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>Superiorul contrasemneaz\u0103 formularul \u0219i discut\u0103 toate evalu\u0103rile \u00een direc\u021bia respectiv\u0103, \u00een scopul de a asigura un caracter unitar \u0219i consecvent aprecierilor, de a compara serviciile etc.<br \/>Comisia de evaluare analizeaz\u0103 rezultatele evalu\u0103rii cadrelor \u0219i le prezint\u0103 Comitetului director pentru luarea unor decizii.<\/p>\n<p>Stimularea angajatului<\/p>\n<p>Aprecierea performan\u021bei este un instrument util de stimulare a dezvolt\u0103rii angajatului: \u00eei \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te \u00eencrederea \u00een for\u021bele proprii, amplific\u0103 motivarea, deschide perspective de promovare, \u00eei spore\u0219te ambi\u021bia de ridicare a nivelului de preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Stimularea angajatului poate fi sub form\u0103 de:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 spor la salariul de baz\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 premiu;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 mul\u021bumire;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 diplom\u0103 de onoare.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bnrm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Regulamentul_sporPerformanta.pdf\">Regulament cu privire la modul de stabilire a sporului pentru performan\u021ba personalului din Biblioteca Na\u021bional\u0103 a Republicii Moldova<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Evaluare &nbsp; \u00cen Biblioteca Na\u021bional\u0103 evaluarea performan\u021belor profesionale individuale are ca scop aprecierea obiectiv\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii personalului, prin compararea rezultatelor ob\u021binute \u00een perioada evaluat\u0103 cu obiectivele stabilite, \u00een baza criteriilor de evaluare.
